Hélène Broderick Interiors provided a full turnkey and project management service across most rooms of this private family home in Foxrock. With the children grown, the clients wanted the next chapter of their lives reflected in the house — not through extension, but by reimagining the existing footprint to work harder and feel more luxurious. The overarching theme was Art Deco, distilled into a contemporary black, brass and stone palette and carried through from the entrance hall to the kitchen, principal ensuite, study and beyond. Extensive custom joinery and bespoke furniture feature throughout, alongside spatial replanning, large-format stone, layered lighting and a complete fit out. The result is a home that feels considerably larger and lives far better — timeless rather than themed.
