We renovated a small apartment in Malahide to create a relaxed, earthy feel. The brief focused on maximizing storage and ensuring sea views from all rooms. HBI used custom joinery to achieve a high-end look while minimizing clutter. Key features included booth seating with a mirror to reflect sea views, concealed storage under banquette seating, and a master bedroom headboard with integrated storage. The multifunctional guest bedroom also served as a home office with a pull-down bed and bookcase. The result is a beautifully organized, serene space with thoughtful details and ample storage, perfectly fulfilling the client’s vision.
